GetRussianVisa.com (operated by iVisa LLC / Visa Center LLC) provides the following services:

• Tourist Visa Invitations: Official visa support letters (tourist vouchers) for Russian tourist visa applications, issued by a licensed Russian tour operator registered with the Federal Agency of Tourism
• Business Visa Invitations: Letters of Invitation (LOI) for Russian business visa applications from registered Russian companies
• Information Services: Visa guides, country-specific requirements, and consultation

Important: We provide visa invitation documents (support letters). We do not issue visas. Visa issuance is the sole authority of Russian consulates and embassies.

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose

Order Process: When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate personal and travel information. Inaccurate information may result in visa application rejection, for which we bear no responsibility.

Pricing: All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified. Prices may change without prior notice, but orders already placed will be honored at the quoted price.

Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely through certified payment providers (Stripe, PayPal). Full payment is required before document processing begins.

Delivery: Tourist visa invitations are delivered by email within the timeframe specified at the time of order (typically 5 minutes for standard processing). Business visa invitations may take 1–5 business days depending on the type.

Before Processing: Full refund available if you cancel before document processing begins.

After Delivery: Once the visa invitation has been delivered to your email, refunds are generally not available as the service has been fully rendered.

Exceptions: If we are unable to provide the requested document due to our error, a full refund will be issued. If your visa application is rejected by the consulate, this does not constitute grounds for a refund as the invitation document itself was correctly issued.

Visa invitation documents issued by us are:

• Official documents issued by a licensed Russian tour operator
• Accepted by all Russian consulates and embassies worldwide
• Valid for the dates specified in the document
• Non-transferable — issued for the specific person named in the document

We do not guarantee visa approval. The decision to grant or deny a visa rests solely with the Russian consulate or embassy processing your application.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate passport information (name, number, dates, nationality)
• Verifying that all information in the received document is correct
• Submitting your visa application within the validity period of the invitation
• Complying with all visa application requirements of the specific consulate
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for visa application rejections by consulates
• We are not liable for travel disruptions, missed flights, or other consequential damages
• We are not liable for delays caused by third parties (consulates, postal services, etc.)
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of iVisa LLC / Visa Center LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our website without permission
