Important Notes for Applicants from Lithuania
- Lithuania is e-visa eligible — Lithuanian citizens can also apply for a Russian e-visa online (16 days, $52)
- The embassy may have limited appointment slots — book well in advance

- Estonia and Latvia have separate Russian consulates — apply at the one matching your residence
