- Passport photo (3.5×4.5 cm, white background)
- Travel medical insurance (€30,000 minimum coverage)

Important Notes for Applicants from Lithuania
- Lithuania is e-visa eligible — Lithuanian citizens can also apply for a Russian e-visa online (16 days, $52)
- The embassy may have limited appointment slots — book well in advance
