Visa Application Centers
In many countries, visa applications are processed through authorized visa application centers rather than directly at the consulate:
- VFS Global — operates in the UK, parts of Europe, and select Asian countries
- BLS International — operates in India and select countries
- Invisa Logistic Services — operates in the United States
These centers accept applications, collect fees, and return passports on behalf of the Russian consulate. They charge an additional service fee on top of the consular fee.
