Chinese citizens using an ordinary passport have a visa-free route for up to 30 days. The official record includes this condition: Ordinary PRC passport: visa-free for up to 30 days from 1 December 2025 through 31 December 2027 for the purposes listed in the controlling decrees. Unified eVisa remains a separate alternative route. Effective from 01 Dec 2025 through 31 Dec 2027. A unified eVisa is also available as a separate option when its purpose, dates and approved entry point fit the trip.
